We Need Help

There are so many changes that need to take place and it needs to happen soon. There are a lot of good people out there that still believe that we can become great once more. But given the situation as is, it is going to take time and some serious sacrifice. A new leader needs to appear or take charge. Someone who is out for the people and not the power trip. Someone who is one of the masses and understands that being honest and caring of this country and her people is paramount. I know this sounds easy or simple and yes, I know it is anything but that. Still, someone needs to stand up and not be scared to tell the truth. If no one comes to the rescue soon, this thing could get very messy because I think the vast majority of people out there are fed up and we’re not going to take much more.

We want the economy to get in the fast lane. We believe the only way that will happen is if business is allowed to flourish. We want to help small business get the money they need with small business and hard money loans.

Experts Are Telling You And Me A Load Of Bull

It is of my humble opinion that what the experts are telling you and me is a load of bull. I back this up by looking at how they arrive at these statements. They use all these really complicated formulas, charts, graphs and equations and quite frankly, I have no idea what they are talking about and I’m not sure they do either.  I also think some of the data is very biased and tainted because it is Washington that takes the heat in situations like this and Washington does not want any more heat right now. This past November was bad enough for all of them despite what they all say. They know that if they don’t instill some positive spin, things could get even uglier the next election, if not before. So what does this all mean? Well, first of all, I’d really like to hear from you about what you think and I’ll continue on with the next blog.

It Is Of My Opinion That This Economy Still Stinks

It is of my opinion that this economy still stinks. Granted, I live in Las Vegas which quite frankly, is in the top 5 of every category you don’t want to be in the top 5 of. To put it succinctly, we are hurting big time here. But, what about the rest of the country? I read and hear all these tell tale signs from all the groups, departments, sections, associations and so on that the economy is out of the recession. Where are these people getting their information from? Just because Warren Buffet made money and most of the wealthy became wealthier, that does not mean we are out of the recession. Every person I have talked to have stated in some way or another that the economy still stinks. So why am I hearing something totally different from the so-called experts?

The Economy Is Growing, I Hope

I was reading the business pages of several popular news companies the other day and and they were all had the same theme. I kept reading this over and over again feeling that I had missed something for sure. But the more time I read this message the more I realized I had not missed anything. The message was clear that the economy of the United States was on the road to recovery. I’m still trying to figure out how these “pros” were coming up with acceptable reasons to even be able say this with a straight face. And you know what, I’m still wondering. Now, I’m in the commercial lending business so I feel pretty good about the state of the economy since I deal with the people that really make this country great and what it truly is. I’m talking about the middle, upper middle and lower upper classes. I’m telling you, this is what I see this economy is doing.
